Healthy yogurt cake


Healthy yogurt cake.

Ingredients

1. unsalted butter 1 cup (125 grams) .
2. sugar 1 1/3 cup (200 grams).
3. Two eggs .
4. Natural yogurt 1 cup (250 grams).
5. lemon juice 3 tablespoons.
6. Peel of a one Lemon
7. Wheat flour 2 1/2 cup (270 grams).
8. Baking powder 1 tablespoon (15 grams).
9. Baking soda 1/2 tsp.

Lemon syrup ingredients.

1. Sugar 1/3 cup (55 grams).
2. Water 1/2 cup (125 mL).
3. lemon juice 3 tablespoons .
4. Peel of a one Lemon , cut in a long line

How do you cook

Beat the butter and sugar in a bowl then mixing the butter until fluffy and white. and then put the eggs one by one ,
Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda together , mix the yogurt, water and lemon peel together.
Then pour the flour mixture and yogurt mixture into the butter mixture . Then beat the mixture is homogeneous.
Spoon mixture into a cup model (for muffins) about 3/4 of the cup model bring on the oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes .
Put all ingredients into a pot of lemon syrup to boil to dissolve sugar and then dim the lights down for 5 minutes,
then pour the hot cake for 10 minutes to shovel the cake out of cup model. Serve with hot tea is very delicious
