Ingredients
12 shrimp (cleaning, peeling).
90 g. of thin rice noodles
50 grams of bean sprouts.
2 tablespoons of Bai Gui-chai
6 tablespoons fish sauce.
6 tablespoons oyster sauce.
3 tablespoons tamarind juice (or vinegar).
2 tablespoons sugar.
2 tablespoons of radish
2 tablespoons crushed peanuts.
2 eggs, eggs.
1 tablespoon chili powder (I like spicy).
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
How to make Pad Thai Shrimp.
1. If we use dry thin rice noodle . Bring to the water to it. (Room temperature) for about 30 minutes.
